Is your styling clay suitable for children?

What hair types is it suitable for?

Will it make hair greasy?
Our styling clay and hair oil are formulated to provide control and shine without leaving hair feeling heavy when used as directed. As everyone's hair is different, we recommend starting with a small amount and building gradually to suit your hair type and styling needs.
How much should I use?
Start with a small, pea-sized amount and add more as needed depending on your hair length and thickness. It's easier to add more product than to remove excess.
Does it have a strong scent?

Where are your products made?
Every Nature Crafted product is handcrafted in small batches in Brisbane, Australia.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. Nature Crafted does not test its finished products on animals.

Yes. Our formulations are made with carefully selected naturally derived ingredients, including plant oils, botanical butters, natural waxes, mineral clay, and certified organic ingredients where appropriate. Every ingredient is chosen to balance performance with simplicity.
Are your products silicone-free?
Yes. Our products are silicone-free and contain no artificial fragrance. We believe in carefully selected ingredients that deliver performance without unnecessary additives.
Are they suitable for sensitive scalps?

What packaging does Nature Crafted use?
We thoughtfully choose packaging with sustainability in mind wherever practical. Our products are available in recyclable aluminium tins and glass bottles, while our push-up styling stick is packaged in a 100% compostable cardboard tube. We're continually exploring more responsible packaging solutions without compromising product quality or performance.

Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days, and up to 5 during busier periods. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $12, and Express shipping is $18.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders of $65 or more.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within Australia only, and will update this page as soon as international shipping is available.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time — all orders are shipped via Australia Post.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey with Australia Post.
